Lake Martin Young Professionals Polar Plunge 2025

Join in for a great times as participants take the plunge into Lake Martin from the shores of Kowaliga Beach. Entry to the event is $15 for Plungers, which includes access to food trucks, live music and supporting the Lake Martin Resource Association’s mission of keeping Lake Martin clean, safe and prosperous. Kowaliga’s bars will be up and running to serve your favorite beverages.
Prefer to stay dry? Come as a Docker with all the same benefits for only $20!
In addition to The Plunge, guests can take part in the Costume Contest with $100 cash going to the best costume, as well as the Dash for the Cash – a short race to a floating buoy and back to the shoreline – immediately after The Plunge – also a $100 prize.
Participate in The Plunge or just come for the good times! Changing tents will be on-site to dry off and change clothes. Plungers should bring a pair of water shoes since the beach is a little rocky.
