Celebrate the 4th of July on the grassy lawn at The AMP for the Southeast’s largest fireworks show and concert. Always a fun family time with great music, maybe a twist or hula hoop contest, then we light the sky with a million colors! Claim your spot early and get ready to have some fun! We will have a couple of Food Trucks – coolers and lawn chairs are welcome, but please leave the pets at home! Fireworks start at 9!
The 4th of July Boat Parade is a long-standing Lake Martin tradition, and it seems to grow every year.
Scores of boats slowly parade from Kowaliga Marina to Children’s Harbor in a festive and patriotic holiday display. Prizes are awarded for Tallest Flag, Largest Flag, Most Creative theme, and Most Patriotic Crew. Two prizes are awarded for each category.
First prize is a $150 Russell Marine gift certificate, and second prize is a $75 gift certificate.
Best Overall and Crew receives $500 in cash!
